We are based in Olympia and work mainly in Thurston County, but occasionally work in Pierce and Mason Counties. We perform all phases of bathroom, kitchen, and whole house remodels. An ideal candidate should have strong experience in all aspects of residential remodels, including but not limited to demolition, framing, door and window installation, trim work, reading plans, and general carpentry. Cabinet installation and finish work skills are a must. We take pride in our attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship. We strive to maintain a positive workplace environment, and the relationships within our company and with our clients are very important to us. A lead carpenter will be asked to represent the company on the jobsite and will have frequent interactions with homeowners and subcontractors. Therefore a positive attitude and a willingness to work with others while being a leader are qualities we are looking for. Other qualifications: reliable transportation and valid driver’s license, own carpentry tools, drug free, communication skills, ability to work independently or with a team, and general punctuality and professionalism that comes with maintaining a full-time job.

Chris is the best contractor that I have worked with and I have had many over the last 30 years of being a home owner. He redesigned my bathroom and the quality of craftsmanship is of the highest level. As with any construction project it never goes as planned and he helped us with the changes as they came along.
