On Keeping Your House Clean

One of the most common praises we get from clients is how clean we keep our job sites during remodels. Homeowners are surprised at the level of attention we pay to making sure dust and debris don’t get out of hand on a daily basis and overall. Dust and the accumulation of debris are inevitable on all sizes of construction projects, but our protection protocols allow for easy clean up and prevention of unwanted dust in living areas outside of the working area. Adhesive carpet protection, durable floor protection for hardwoods and tile, vacuums attached to tools, and even temporary dust walls are some of the simple but effective methods we utilize in order to keep homes clean.

Daily clean up protocols vary based on project scope and size, but we will never walk away from a mess at the end of a workday and apply the same expectations to the subcontractors we work with. We hire professional cleaning crews for post-construction cleans at some of our bigger whole-house projects. Here at CW Construction, we believe that protection and cleanliness should be second nature to any remodel contractor, and that a clean and tidy job site is safer and more enjoyable for clients to continue living in while we transform their homes.

Chris is the best contractor that I have worked with and I have had many over the last 30 years of being a home owner. He redesigned my bathroom and the quality of craftsmanship is of the highest level. As with any construction project it never goes as planned and he helped us with the changes as they came along. He let us know if we had any problems to contact him and he will fix it and he held true to that. He also installed a beautiful front door for us at the last minute. I will definitely be hiring this company for future projects.
