CW Construction is a full-service design-build remodeling contractor serving Olympia and the greater South Puget Sound area. While we do perform home repairs, our primary focus is complete kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, and whole-home renovations.

Below are general starting investment ranges for the types of remodeling projects we specialize in. These figures are guidelines only, as final costs vary based on scope, selections, and existing conditions.

Remove tub and replace with tile shower pan, install porcelain or natural stone tile floor and shower, heated floor, upscale plumbing fixtures, vanity with quartz countertop and under-mount sink, electrical changes/updates, custom glass shower door, layout redesign.
Replace tub or convert to shower, install vinyl plank or tile flooring, ceramic or porcelain tile shower walls, economy to mid-range plumbing fixtures, vanity with granite or quartz remnant countertop and undermount sink(s), electrical changes/updates, fixtures remain in existing locations.

Minor cabinetry layout changes within existing space, keep existing floors or refinish wood floors, updated appliance locations, cabinetry with quartz countertops, undermount sink, mid-range plumbing fixtures, electrical changes/updates, ceramic tile or matching quartz backsplash.
Redesign of kitchen and cabinetry layout, wall removal, new flooring in kitchen and adjacent rooms, updated appliance locations, cabinetry with quartz countertops, undermount or farm-style sink, upscale plumbing fixtures, electrical changes/updates, under-cabinet lighting, natural stone tile backsplash.
Home remodels often include one or more of the above described remodels, as well as all new interior doors, flooring, trim work, and can even include layout changes and structural work. The scopes of these types of projects and their associated costs can vary greatly.
